The dataset is available in the Cloud via our online services, through our ecommerce and CRM integrations, on-premise solutions or through our bureau service. We can also provide bespoke systems tailored to your specific requirements and CRM integrations.
By using Hopewiser’s address validation with Companies House data, you will have access to accurate company address data, along with the ability to procure previous information, target specific companies in a certain vicinity, gain an insight into their market share and understand your customers whilst planning marketing strategies accordingly.
Hopewiser create two Master Address Files from the Companies House data.
One being purely Companies House data, which is a file consisting of registered company addresses with the non-address information held as extra-data. The second is a merged file where we match the registered company addresses from the Companies House data with those held on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF).
Where we find a match, we supplement the Royal Mail PAF with additional companies from the Companies House data. For this blended Master Address File, the same extra-data is used as per the first Master Address File.
Both datasets undergo a bespoke enhancement process to ensure the highest level of quality control. Both offerings include access to the same non-address data items, including:

The register size at the end of March 2021 measured at 4,716,126, an increase of 8.4% in comparison to the end of March 2020.
There were 810,316 company incorporations in 2020 to 2021. This is an increase of 21.8% when compared with 2019 to 2020, and marks the highest number of incorporations since 2009 to 2010.
In 2020 to 2021, there were 437,790 dissolutions in the UK, a year on year decrease of 18.5%.
This is the lowest number of dissolutions since 2016 to 2017 and has been impacted by easements announced by Companies House in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and national lockdown measures.
