The Not Yet Built dataset works alongside the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF) to give businesses visibility of properties that are still in the planning or construction stage.

With more than 500,000 new homes and commercial premises not yet included in PAF, this dataset enables organisations to identify future serviceable addresses early and reassure customers that their location will be fully recognised once construction is complete.

Maintained by Royal Mail and updated monthly, the dataset grows by around 5,000 new properties every month. This ensures businesses always have access to the most current view of upcoming developments across the UK.
