At Hopewiser, we take the availability of our services very seriously and we understand that our customers rely on the availability of Hopewiser’s services to provide their own services and solutions. Therefore, the Address Lookup Service architecture is designed to provide the maximum service availability possible.
Hopewiser operate servers on multiple independent sites to maximise the resilience of the services.
We operate a cloud load-balanced endpoints which uses IP anycast to provide a high level of protection.

We use HTTPS on port 443 for the Hopewiser services. GET, POST and PUT requests should all be permitted by any proxies.

Hopewiser supports encrypted connections for API requests. Access via the “cloud.hopewiser.com” endpoint is secured using TLSv1.2, and does not support any earlier encryption types (i.e. SSLv2 / SSLv3 / TLSv1.0 / TLSv1.1) from the end of October 2023.
